As an interested patient, how much does it cost to apply for a medical cannabis registry identification card?

There is no application fee, but there is a standard nonrefundable fee of $25.00 and a nonrefundable fee of $15.00 for Medicaid Participants. Include the disabled Veteran and first responder language here.

Please note that there is a cost associated with seeing a registered practitioner to certify the condition. MSDH does not refer to these registered practitioners or set the costs associated with these visits.
